Apparently someone or a group of people are not happy with the South Abington Police Department. While driving through Clarks Summit I noticed that the water tower near the Scranton County Club had been used as someone’s canvas to express a view about the South Abington Police Department. We had to take 2 photos because the wording wrapped around the tower:
If you look at this photo you will see that it took some guts to climb the tower:
From what we found out this message has been displayed on the tower for the past two days.
